Made by extruding polyethylene or modified polyethylene with conductive filler and anti-static agent, after radiation cross-linking and high temperature foaming to produce conductive/anti-static foam.
Conductive foam features
1. Permanent conductivity, not affected by the dry humidity of the environment;
2. Excellent cushioning and shock absorption performance: independent and fine closed cell;
3. The static index value 103-106;
4. High temperature resistance: melting point 110℃;
5. Chemical resistance: resistance to organic solutions, acids, alkalis, etc.;
6. No chemical corrosion: no corrosion of components and packaging;
7. Insulation, sound insulation, wear resistance, not easy to wear;
8. Good secondary processing performance, easy to form;
